Frame data

Frame data overlay tuned in Mortal Kombat 1 on Windows PC

My frame data overlay is on but it is too cluttered - every startup and active frame lights up at once. Training mode is a wall of numbers and I cannot read punish windows.

How do you filter this down so only the frames you care about show? There must be a toggle or preset somewhere.

Turn off startup frames you do not need — I only show active and recovery on my main. Instantly cuts the noise in training mode.

Also use the hitbox preset and shorten draw distance so far-away frames do not clutter mid screen.

Toggle startup, active, and recovery frames separately. Use hitbox view presets and draw distance so only punish-relevant frames stay on screen. Full option list is on Features and Frame Data.

Where is the frame filter — under frame data settings?

Yeah, frame data section. I hide blockstun frames until I need them for a specific matchup.

Save it as a preset per character so you do not redo it every session. I keep one for lab and one for ranked.

Active + recovery only plus a preset fixed it. Lab sessions are so much cleaner now, thanks.

For long strings raise the filter — every frame lighting up is just noise during combos.
