Is frame data worth it?

Is frame data worth it over normal ESP, or is on-screen ESP enough for ranked?

Frame data

Frame data and hitbox overlay in Mortal Kombat 1 on Windows PC

Is the frame data overlay worth using, or is normal ESP enough? I keep tunnel-visioning on boxes and missing punish windows.

Wondering if frame data plus hitbox view helps me read strings better instead of just seeing the opponent outline.

Frame data is great for learning punishes. On-screen ESP alone is tunnel vision — startup frames show the real window.

Try frame data and hitbox view on Frame Data first. ESP shows spacing; frame data shows when you can act. Most ranked players use both.

Ah, I did not have hitbox view on. Might not need every frame type then.

Active + recovery frames plus hitbox view saved me in so many whiff punish situations. Start there.

I still like full frame data in lab and a lighter preset online. Personal preference.

Turning on hitbox + active frames first, then I will add more in lab. Thanks.
